Vendor Application 

  • Event is scheduled to begin at 9 am Saturday, October 30, 2021
  • Retail vendor will be alloted 10 x 10 space, set up materials are the responsibility of vendor
  • All tents and pop ups must be secured by tent weights
  • Retail  vendor will be set up and ready for guests no later than 7:00 am
  • Retail  vendor is expected to tear down and clean up immediately following the close of the run
  • Limited electricity is available for an additional fee   
  • All sales tax due the state of Missouri is the responsibility of the vendor
  • Promotional signage is the responsibility of the vendor

Terms

Vendor / Exhibitor (“Vendor”) does hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge the City of Wentzville, Little Black Book: Women in Business, Wentzville Fire District, and their officials, members, servants, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns (“City” and “LBB” and “WFD”) from all liability, claims, damages, demands, causes of action, actions, whatsoever, whether known or unknown, whether accrued or accruing, and whether statutory or not, from any and all damages relating to the run expo.  Vendor shall indemnify, defend and hold City, LBB, and WFD harmless against and with respect to any and all loss, claims, injury, deficiency or any other damage to any person arising out of or resulting from Vendor’s participation in the run expo. Such indemnification shall include, without limitation, City’s, LBB’s and WFD’s legal fees and expenses.

Vendor is responsible for insurance coverage.

Vendor understands and agrees that the Committee reserves the right to accept or deny any application.  Vendor understands that prior participation in the run expo does not guarantee the same space(s) that may have been assigned during past run expos.  Vendor further understands and agrees that Vendor may be assigned a booth anywhere in the area available.

Monster Mash 5K Dash event is scheduled for 9 am on Saturday, October 31st.  Vendor agrees to be set up and ready for guests no later than 7:00 am. Vendor is expected to tear down and clean up immediately following the close of the run expo leaving behind no trash or debris.

Vendor fee is a $75 flat fee. Non-profit organizations are invited to join the run expo at a fee of $35. All sales tax due the state of Missouri is the responsibility of the Vendor.

Vendor agrees to promote Monster Mash 5K Dash  and their participation in the event through grassroots efforts, website, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

Vendor understands and agrees that payment will be cashed within three (3) weeks of being received by LBB.  Cashing of the payment does not necessarily mean Vendor has been accepted. Vendor can expect a full refund, with the exception of the late fee, if not accepted.
